Sword in the Water

I was in prayer when I saw a vision of a sword in rushing water. The water was moving past the blade making a sharp noise like the water was being cut in two. I could see the blade beneath the water as well, but it seemed to be suspended. I grabbed it and pulled it out with ease. I told the Spirit that I didn't understand it and asked that He would reveal the mystery to me. He told me to take it to my wife, and that she would tell me, so I did. She told me that "no longer would I hear, 'Is Yirmeyah ready'? but would now hear, 'Yirmeyah is ready.'" (The spoken words, "Is Yirmeyah ready"?) was a conversation I heard between a man and a woman in the early morning hours in our bedroom. Yirmeyah is Jeremiah in Hebrew.)
