I was in prayer, when this vision was given to me.
The Lord sent me to Carrie to reveal the meaning behind this vision. Carrie went into prayer and came back to me with the following revelation from the Spirit of the Lord.
God's promises are not slow in come, as one counts slowness. They are sure and true and will come in His timing which is perfect. This represents breakthrough of promises and blessings. There is light at the end of a long road of dryness, but new blessings will quench the thirst of the dry wilderness and the season is new.
